To participate in the Сonference, you should register here before July 1st, 2020.
Citizens of foreign countries must present their documents 50 days before their chosen date of arrival (you can submit the documents earlier) in order to obtain their invitation on time.
The documents necessary for this are: a copy of a document which verifies your identity and is recognized in the Russian Federation as an appropriate form of identification (a copy of the document which contains the identification data of the foreign citizen), with the expiration date of at least 6 months later than the foreign citizen’s intended date of departure from the Russian Federation (the basis for this is point 27.3 of Order No.735 by the Ministry of Internal Affairs as of 21.09.2017 “Concerning the Confirmation of the Administrative Regulations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the Provision of Government Services for the Formation and Issuing of Invitations for Entry into the Russian Federation for Foreign Citizens and Stateless People”).
